Indo-National Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indo National Limited has announced a board meeting on the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue reached Rs. 467.46 Cr, with profit before tax surging to Rs. 151.29 Cr from Rs. 19.42 Cr last year. A dividend of Rs. 5 per share was approved. The board also greenlit the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary Helios Strategic Systems Limited into the parent company after NCLT approval. The subsidiary’s exit from Kineco Ltd in June 2024 trimmed consolidation. Strong EBITDA growth came from Consumer Goods and Aerospace segments.
