The company posted H2 revenue of ₹49.68 Cr with a PBT of ₹3.24 Cr and net profit of ₹1.32 Cr. Net worth surged to ₹34.13 Cr from ₹13.31 Cr YoY, driven by IPO proceeds of ₹19.80 Cr fully deployed as planned. Long-term borrowings fell sharply to ₹0.19 Cr. To strengthen internal controls, M/s J K Sonee & Associates have been appointed as internal auditors for FY26.
