Nureca Limited has announced a board meeting approving the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Nureca Technologies Pvt Ltd, with itself to simplify group structure and boost efficiency. The subsidiary posted revenue of ₹228.14 Cr and net worth of ₹53.94 Cr in FY25. The company will not issue new shares, keeping shareholding unchanged. Additionally, Nureca plans to strike off its non-operational subsidiary, Nureca Healthcare Pvt Ltd, to further streamline operations.
