J. Kumar Infraprojects reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 4,632.74 Cr and PAT of Rs. 390.45 Cr for the year. Standalone quarterly revenue was Rs. 1,424.97 Cr with net profit of Rs. 99.68 Cr. The board has announced a dividend of Rs. 4 per share (80%) for FY25. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Dhrumil M. Shah & Co. LLP as secretarial auditors for five years starting FY26.
