Valiant Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Valiant Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue dropped to ₹133.81 Cr from ₹192.74 Cr year-on-year, reporting a net loss of ₹2.20 Cr reversing last year’s profit. Standalone revenue was ₹133.36 Cr with a net profit of ₹2.15 Cr. The board reappointed Ketki D Visariya & Co. as Cost Auditor and Rajesh Chheda & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Company Secretary Prajakta Patil resigned, and the Audit and Risk Management Committees were reshuffled with fresh appointments.
