Godawari Power And Ispat limited — Important, 20-05-2025: Capacity addition

Godawari Power and Ispat plans to expand steel melting capacity by 50,000 MT at its existing plant to ease bottlenecks and improve margins. The company will also increase its solar power capacity by 30 MWp to support higher power needs. Both projects, with a total investment of Rs. 408 Cr (including Rs. 300 Cr debt), are expected to be completed by March 2026, positioning the company for more efficient production and cost benefits.
