Patel Integrated Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Patel Integrated Logistics has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 759.95 lakh for the year, up from Rs. 553.81 lakh last year. It declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 per share (3%), up from Rs. 0.10, subject to shareholder approval. The board greenlit a new warehousing project in Sanaswadi, Pune, including land acquisition and warehouse construction. DM & Associates has been appointed as secretarial auditor for five years starting 2025-26.
