Suyog Telematics Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Suyog Telematics has announced a board meeting on approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹205.11 Cr, with a profit before tax of ₹56.35 Cr and net profit of ₹40.85 Cr. The board gave in-principle approval for a final dividend, to be finalized soon. The company appointed M/s. S K S S & Associates as internal auditors for FY26. Strategic moves include acquiring a controlling stake in Lotus Tele Infra, boosting its telecom footprint in northern India, and allotting warrants to promoters, partially converted into equity.
