Consolidated revenue rose to ₹1,958 Cr from ₹1,388 Cr, with net profit after tax increasing to ₹246.6 Cr from ₹136 Cr. Standalone revenue stood at ₹1,214 Cr and net profit at ₹200.9 Cr. The company wound up its Indonesian step-down subsidiary and appointed Mr. Jaimish Govindbhai Patel as Company Secretary, along with M/s Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
