VST Tillers Tractors has announced a board meeting on May 27, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Q4 revenue grew 10% to Rs. 301.43 Cr, with EBITDA up 1% at Rs. 40.37 Cr (13.39% margin). Full-year revenue was Rs. 994.55 Cr, while EBITDA fell 20% to Rs. 111.09 Cr due to higher R&D spend. PAT held steady at Rs. 70 Cr excluding valuation impacts. Domestic tractor sales rose 4.53%, power weeder and reaper segments showed strong growth of 63% and 22%. Tractor exports declined amid Europe challenges.
Management expects 20-30% Q1 growth with 11-13% EBITDA margins, driven by new tractor upgrades, small farm machinery launches including electric variants, and geographic expansion, notably in northern India and Bangladesh. Focus remains on in-house manufacturing for power weeders, improving receivables (~75 days), and launching the SCORE product to bridge tillers and tractors. The company balances growth initiatives with ongoing R&D investments.
