Sammaan Capital has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4FY25 AUM stood at Rs. 62,346 Cr, with growth AUM rising to Rs. 37,000 Cr (60% of total), up from Rs. 26,000 Cr last year. Net worth is Rs. 21,822 Cr, NIM improved to 6.2%, gross NPA halved to 1.3%, and gearing reduced to 1.9x. PAT held steady at Rs. 324 Cr. Borrowings more than doubled, focusing on lowering cost of funds. Legacy book collections were strong at Rs. 12,834 Cr for FY25.

Management targets Rs. 1 lakh Cr consolidated AUM by FY27, supported by home loans, loan against property, and affordable housing through Sammaan Finserve, which currently has Rs. 7,121 Cr AUM and aims for Rs. 10,000 Cr by FY27. Disbursals are on track at Rs. 500 Cr/month in FY26. Leadership changes and tech upgrades aim to boost efficiency and growth. Credit costs are expected near 100 bps annually with steady asset quality gains.

Overall, the tone is confident on sustainable growth, improving margins, and asset quality, backed by a strong capital base and diversified funding mix aiding the shift to retail-focused expansion.
