Arvind SmartSpaces Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Arvind SmartSpaces has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (60% of face value), pending shareholder approval. Mr. Kamal Singal was re-appointed as Managing Director and CEO for five years starting June 1, 2025. New appointments include N.V. Kathiria & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. The auditor issued a clean opinion on the results.
