Godawari Power And Ispat limited — Updates, 20-05-2025: Incorporation

Godawari Power & Ispat has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue was Rs. 5,131.88 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 769.64 Cr; consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 5,471.71 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 812.98 Cr. A final dividend of Re. 1 per share is proposed. The company plans to expand steel melting capacity by 50,000 MT and increase solar power capacity to 125 MWp. It will form a new subsidiary for CSR educational initiatives. Rs. 300 Cr of long-term debt will be raised to support these expansions. Auditors provided unqualified opinions on the results.
