Hindcon Chemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindcon Chemicals has announced a board meeting on 30th May to approve the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and to consider a dividend declaration. The board appointed Ms. Ankita Banerjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing the previous secretary. They also approved appointing Mr. Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, pending shareholder approval. The earlier meeting was postponed due to pending finalization of financials.
