Hindcon Chemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindcon Chemicals has announced a board meeting on 30th May to approve the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and to consider a dividend. The company appointed Ms. Ankita Banerjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing the outgoing secretary. Additionally, Mr. Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla has been brought on as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. The previous meeting couldn’t finalize audited results due to pending completion.
