Hindcon Chemicals Limited — Important, 20-05-2025: General Updates

Hindcon Chemicals has updated its authorization for material event disclosures. Any two of the Managing Director, CFO, or Company Secretary can now jointly decide the materiality of events, while each KMP can also make disclosures independently. This change is aimed at speeding up governance and enhancing timely communication with investors.
