Godawari Power And Ispat limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Godawari Power and Ispat has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a strong consolidated net profit of Rs. 221.67 Cr, up from Rs. 145.04 Cr a year ago, on revenues of Rs. 1,492.87 Cr this quarter. It declared a final dividend of Re. 1 per share. The board greenlit a capex plan to raise steel melting capacity by 50,000 MT and expand solar power capacity from 95 MWp to 125 MWp. Other approvals include setting up an education foundation under CSR and raising Rs. 300 Cr in long-term debt.
