Aster DM Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aster DM Healthcare has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to INR 4,138 Cr from INR 3,699 Cr last year. Profit before tax was INR 471 Cr, with consolidated net profit from continuing operations at INR 337 Cr. Including discontinued operations, net profit jumped to INR 5,408 Cr following the GCC business separation. The Board approved a final dividend of INR 1 per share. The company merged with Quality Care India Limited, issuing shares worth INR 849 Cr to BCP and TPG. Stake in Prerana Hospital increased to 93.9%, and Alfaone Medicals to 48.91%. Merger expenses of INR 50 Cr weighed on profits.
