The audited results show a total revenue of ₹21.29 Cr for Q4 FY25 with a net profit of ₹18.86 lakh, compared to a net profit of ₹134.53 lakh in the previous year’s quarter. The company reported a loss of ₹33.74 lakh for the full year FY25 against a profit of ₹524.85 lakh in FY24. The board has approved the AGM to be held via video conferencing and has not proposed any dividend for FY25. A new Secretarial Auditor, Tushar Vora & Associates, is appointed for five years starting FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
