Mahaveer Infoway Limited has announced a board meeting held to approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a loss of Rs 23.51 lakh for the quarter, compared to a profit of Rs 12.69 lakh in the previous year’s quarter, and a profit of Rs 8 lakh for the year, improving from a loss of Rs 38.9 lakh in the prior year. Revenue remained stable at around Rs 52.9 lakh for the quarter. Segment-wise, IT & Consultancy contributed the major share of revenue while the Mobiles segment continued to report negative results. The company appointed M/s. Baheti & Gupta as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials.
