Gujarat Gas Limited — Important, 20-05-2025: General Updates

Gujarat Gas has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 saw record CNG volumes at 3.22 MMSCMD, up 12% YoY, driven by major investments in station infrastructure and ~60 FDODO agreements to fuel growth. Total volumes were steady at 9.62 MMSCJD for FY25. Q4 revenue reached ₹4,289 Cr with PAT of ₹287 Cr, while annual revenue hit ₹17,185 Cr and PAT ₹1,146 Cr. The company remains debt-free with a AAA credit rating.
