Kaynes Technology has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For the year ended March 2025, consolidated revenue grew sharply to Rs. 2,828.7 Cr from Rs. 1,860.5 Cr YoY, led by robust demand in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing segment. Net profit rose to Rs. 293.4 Cr from Rs. 183.3 Cr, supported by operational leverage and cost control. The company is investing heavily in capacity expansion and bolstered its portfolio by acquiring a smart metering solutions firm, enhancing market presence.
