Valiant Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Valiant Laboratories has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue dropped to ₹133.38 Cr from ₹182.06 Cr last year, with a net loss of ₹1.51 Cr reversing previous profits. Standalone profit improved to ₹3.24 Cr against ₹2.15 Cr last year. Ketki D Visariya & Co. and Rajesh Chheda & Co. have been reappointed as Cost and Internal Auditors for FY26. Company Secretary Prajakta Patil resigned effective June 15, and the Audit and Risk Management Committees got new members.
