Ahasolar Technologies Ltd — Updates, 20-05-2025: Company Update

Ahasolar Technologies Limited has announced a Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) to supply solar power from a 2.5 MW (DC) plant at Himmatnagar, Gujarat, under a 25-year long-term contract. The company will sell electricity at an approved tariff of Rs. 2.76 per unit throughout the project's operational life. The project falls under the Distributed Renewable Energy Bilateral Purchase Scheme and is expected to be completed within 18 months. There are no related party interests involved in this agreement. This long-term PPA supports steady revenue visibility and strengthens Ahasolar’s foothold in renewable energy distribution.
