IndiaMART InterMESH Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans to declare a total dividend of ₹50 per equity share, including a final dividend of ₹30 and a special dividend of ₹20 for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. The 26th AGM will be held via video conferencing. The board proposes re-appointing Mr. Dhruv Prakash as director, appointing M/s RMG & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, re-appointing Ms. Pallavi Dinodia Gupta as independent director for a second term, and appointing Mr. Sandeep Kumar Barasia as a new independent director. Electronic voting will be provided for shareholders.
