Consolidated figures show total income of ₹1,508.97 lakh and net profit of ₹489.87 lakh, with the subsidiary reporting a loss of ₹45.36 lakh. The audit was completed with unmodified opinions by the statutory auditors. Cash flow from operations remained healthy, supporting ongoing business stability.
