MIRC Electronics Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MIRC Electronics has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving significant leadership changes. Mr. Gulu L. Mirchandani stepped down as Chairman and Managing Director due to age and health. Mr. Vijay J. Mansukhani was promoted to Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. Sasha G. Mirchandani joined as Additional Non-Executive Director. Mr. Kaval G. Mirchandani and Mr. Shirish Suvagia were re-appointed as Managing Director and Whole-time Director respectively, both for three years. Ms. Mohita Arora continues as Independent Director for five years. Mr. Gulu L. Mirchandani will take on the role of Chairman Emeritus, pending approval.
