63 Moons Technologies has announced a board meeting which approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share, subject to shareholder approval. M/s BNP & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder consent. Mr. Maheswar Sahu, bringing extensive government and infrastructure experience, was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director to enhance strategic leadership and governance.
