VL E-Governance has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company signed an MoU with Ekansh Concepts Ltd to be the EPC partner for the ₹800 Cr Sankalp Industrial Smart City Project (494 acres, Phase I). This includes rooftop solar, power infrastructure, data centers, warehousing, and smart townships.
