Sanghvi Movers Limited has announced a board meeting on strong consolidated financial results: revenue at ₹782.12 Cr, PBT ₹216.72 Cr, and net profit ₹156.52 Cr for the quarter and year ended March 31. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹2/share, subject to shareholder approval. Strategic moves include a ₹35 Cr investment in subsidiary Samo Renewables Pvt Ltd via CCDs, plus ₹25 Cr capital infusion and ₹25 Cr unsecured loan to Sanghvi Movers Middle East Ltd to boost working capital.
