The group swung to a PAT of Rs. 177.07 Cr from a loss of Rs. 79.78 Cr last year, with revenue rising to Rs. 7,396.88 Cr. Strong insurance segment performance drove growth, generating Rs. 6902.45 Cr in revenue and Rs. 214.12 Cr profit before tax. ESOP share allotments lifted paid-up equity to Rs. 330.65 Cr. The Burman Group now holds a controlling 25.16% stake. A governance review is in progress amid ongoing restrictions on dividend payments.
