Themis Medicare Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Themis Medicare has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board okayed the audited standalone and consolidated figures and proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.50 per share, totaling Rs. 4.60 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. New appointments include SAV & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years and B.J.D. Nanabhoy & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26. Additionally, a performance-linked management fee agreement worth up to USD 440,000 with JV partner Gedeon Richter was approved.
