NHPC Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NHPC has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted total income of Rs 10,379.86 crore and a net profit of Rs 2,902.22 crore. EPS came to Rs 2.72. A final dividend of 5.10% (Rs 0.51/share) was proposed, bringing total dividends for FY25 to Rs 1.91 per share. The merger with Lanco Teesta Hydro Power has been accounted for, while the Jalpower Corporation merger is in progress. NHPC also commissioned the 800 MW Parbati-II Hydro Project and part of Kamisar Solar capacity recently.
