The Board appointed M/s. Bansi Jain & Associates as the Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. It approved the acquisition of a hotel property in Varanasi (35 rooms plus 6 additional rooms) and granted in-principle approval for another resort property in Agra with 60 to 100 rooms on a long-term basis. New brand trademarks “The Eco Boutique” and “The Eco Resorts” will be applied for in India. The company continues to focus on expanding its hotel portfolio.

Financially, the standalone business reported a net loss of Rs 295.14 lakh for the year, widening from the previous period, primarily impacted by higher employee and other expenses. Consolidated results show a net loss of Rs 354.84 lakh, reflecting similar cost pressures. The company’s balance sheet expanded significantly, with equity capital increasing to Rs 51.51 Cr and substantial capital work-in-progress indicating ongoing investments in property assets.
