Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. The board appointed M/s. Bansi Jain & Associates as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The company approved acquisition of hotel properties on long-term lease in Varanasi and Agra, and registered new brand names “The Eco Boutique” and “The Eco Resorts.” The standalone financials show a net loss of ₹295.14 lakh for the year.
