Suyog Telematics Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Suyog Telematics has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹192.57 Cr from ₹166.61 Cr YoY, while profit before tax dipped to ₹56 Cr from ₹71.40 Cr, hit by ₹27.5 Cr in ESOP-related employee expenses. The company expanded its telecom presence in Northern India by acquiring a controlling stake in Lotus Tele Infra. Additionally, 4.7 lakh of 10.55 lakh warrants issued to promoters have been converted. Cash flow improved with a large customer clearing overdue dues by March 2025.
