BMW Industries Ltd — Updates, 21-05-2025: Company Update

BMW Industries and its subsidiary have secured a ₹364.69 Cr order from Tata Steel for converting hot rolled coils into tubes, to be executed at their Hazibagan and Jamshedpur plants through October 2027. This contract, part of their regular business, is aimed at optimizing existing infrastructure and driving operational efficiency. The order reinforces BMW's position as a trusted steel processing partner, providing long-term revenue stability and boosting asset utilization. Concurrently, BMW is progressing with an ₹803.47 Cr Greenfield downstream steel complex in Bokaro, targeting high-grade specialty steel products for domestic and international markets.
