Remsons Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Remsons Industries has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved consolidated revenue of Rs. 106.18 Cr for the quarter, delivering a net profit of Rs. 6.55 Cr. A final dividend of Re. 0.30 per share (15%) has been proposed. Mr. Rahul Krishna Kejriwal is re-appointed as Whole Time Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. The company also renewed the appointment of M/s. H A M & Co. as internal auditors for FY26.
