Sterling Tools crossed INR 1,000 Cr revenue in FY ’25, up 10.6% YoY to INR 1,038 Cr, with adjusted EBITDA rising 13.8% to INR 132 Cr and margin expansion to 12.8%. Standalone revenue grew 6%, PAT rose 10.5%. SGEM’s Q4 revenue dipped due to volume and steel price impacts. The company is shifting toward EV components, targeting 50% revenue from non-fastener segments by 2030, including power electronics and magnet-free motors. FY ’26 revenues may decline due to a key customer’s in-housing, but long-term growth looks promising with expanding EV customer base and higher ROCE targets.
