Excellent Wires and Packaging Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Excellent Wires and Packaging has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue rose to Rs 22.19 Cr from Rs 15.41 Cr last year, while net profit after tax grew to Rs 1.45 Cr versus Rs 1.12 Cr. The company successfully completed an IPO of 14 lakh shares at Rs 90 each, now listed on NSE’s Emerge platform. Funds raised are being used for land acquisition, plant & machinery, working capital, and corporate needs, with Rs 5.47 Cr parked in fixed deposits. New internal and secretarial auditors were appointed for five years.
