Sadhav Shipping Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sadhav Shipping has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue grew to Rs. 96.86 Cr from Rs. 84.25 Cr, with net profit rising to Rs. 11.75 Cr from Rs. 9.15 Cr. Operating profit before tax improved to Rs. 17.42 Cr despite higher costs. Borrowings increased to Rs. 101.15 Cr to fund expansion, capex jumped to Rs. 88.60 Cr, and operating cash flow stayed robust at Rs. 54.75 Cr. No dividends or fundraising plans were announced.
