The company has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Mr. Harpreet Singh as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singh brings over 30 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at Siemens India and Thermax Group, and holds a BE in Industrial Engineering with a postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Mr. Sagar Sureshbhai Limbad has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over seven years of experience in finance and accounting with a Master’s degree in Commerce. Neither holds shares in the company or has relations with existing directors.
