Shri Jagdamba Polymers has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company acquired an additional 39.45 lakh equity shares in its subsidiary, Global Polyweave Private Limited, increasing its holding to 80%. Global Polyweave, incorporated in August 2024 and engaged in manufacturing technical textiles, has yet to start operations. This cash investment of Rs. 3.94 Cr aims to support business expansion and strengthen the subsidiary’s financial position, reflecting the parent’s commitment to growing its technical textile segment.
