Onix Solar Energy Limited has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Mr. Harpreet Singh as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singh brings over 30 years of experience, including senior roles at Siemens India and Thermax Group, with expertise in industrial engineering and supply chain management. The company also appointed Mr. Sagar Sureshbhai Limbad as Chief Financial Officer. Limbad holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and has over seven years of finance and accounting experience. Neither appointee holds shares in the company or is related to existing directors.
