Megna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share and approved a 1:1 bonus issue from free reserves, doubling the equity share capital from Rs. 10.86 Cr to Rs. 21.72 Cr. It also sanctioned an increase in authorized share capital to Rs. 25 Cr to accommodate the bonus issue. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held through virtual means to seek shareholder approval for these matters. Additionally, Mr. Dhaval Lapasia will join as CEO from July 1, bringing 12 years of sales and marketing experience in real estate.
