Megna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved an interim dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share and proposed a 1:1 bonus share issuance from free reserves, subject to shareholder approval. The authorized share capital is set to increase to Rs. 25 Cr to accommodate this. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened to seek approval for these items. Additionally, Mr. Dhaval Lapasia will join as CEO effective July 1, 2025, bringing 12 years of experience in sales and marketing.
