Krishna Defence has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenues surged 83% to Rs 195 Cr, EBITDA nearly doubled to Rs 30.3 Cr, and PAT rose 124% to Rs 21.9 Cr. Its expanded Halol facility boosted shipbuilding steel output. The order book is Rs 269 Cr with Rs 273 Cr in new orders. A JV with Netherlands-based VABO Composite aims at composite defence exports. Increased stakes in Conceptia and Waveoptix support product innovation, targeting 30-40% CAGR over 3-5 years.
