Trident Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trident has announced a board meeting on the approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue climbed to INR 6,987 Cr with a net profit of INR 371 Cr and PBT at INR 475 Cr for the year. The board declared a 1st interim dividend of INR 0.50 per share. Strong growth was seen in yarn, towel, bedsheet, and paper segments. Debt reduced to INR 1,070 Cr from INR 1,259 Cr YoY. The company is consolidating global subsidiaries and pursuing acquisitions to boost its international presence.
