Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs. 7.19 Cr for the year, aided by gains from discontinued operations despite losses in continuing business. No dividend was declared. The board appointed R. Dhanasekaran as Secretarial Auditor for five years, re-appointed Sri M Nagarajan as Cost Auditor, and M/s B M & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26. A rights issue of up to Rs. 40.7 Cr was approved to bolster the capital base.
