Uno Minda has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposes a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, totaling Rs. 2.25 per share including the interim dividend, subject to shareholder approval. Key auditor appointments include Protiviti India (Internal Auditor), Jitender Navneet & Co. (Cost Auditor), and DPV & Associates LLP (Secretarial Auditor) for five years. The company plans to raise up to Rs. 2,500 Cr to support growth. It’s consolidating 2W lighting plants in Haryana to enhance efficiency and will invest up to Rs. 20 Cr in its EV components subsidiary. FY25 consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 16,774.61 Cr with net profit of Rs. 1,020.57 Cr.
